The district-leadership team used bi-drectional communication among all stakeholders to create systematic structures that laid the groundwork for a smooth implementation of a multi-tiered system of supports that addresses reading, math, and social emotional growth. The DLT will share examples of structure artifacts, descriptions of team conversations and decision making procedures, and preliminary data suggesting the system is sustainable. The DLT will also demonstrate how the structures for MTSS are aligned with KESA.
