This session will focus on two areas that, upon review of KESA reports, have been found to be difficult areas for systems: 1. Writing goals for improvement 2. Writing effective reports. Participants will acquire tips for writing goals that help create change. We will talk about SMART goals, importance of data, and have an opportunity to practice writing some goals. Additionally, participants will be provided with tips for effective report writing for KESA.
