What does it take to redesign your system? Courage, persistence and a shift in school culture are some key elements. Jay Scott and Tammy Mitchell, KSDE Redesign Specialists, will begin the session. Four teacher leaders from Mercury, Gemini I and Gemini II (Andrea Graham, Brandi Wegner, Jennifer Farr, and TJ Warsnak will each give a “TED-like” talk about what redesign means for teacher leaders.
