The Literacy Network of Kansas (LiNK) supports job-embedded instructional coaching focused on Birth-Grade 12 literacy in 32 districts across the state. In this session, presenters will share information about different models of instructional coaching currently being used in LiNK-supported school districts (which include small rural districts) and share basic how-to’s to help session participants think about which model they could feasibly implement in their districts.
