In our session, we will explore and apply strategies, techniques and practices that support the growth and development of new literacies. We will consider reading, writing and learning as both a product and a process and will develop activities that will engage students in purposeful content creation. We will explore practical digital tools that allow educators to help students become reflective and responsive learners. Through individual and collaborative work, we will reflect on our experiences and consider the power of student voice and choice in effective instruction.
